«Формы и система мер государственной поддержки СО НКО в развитии деятельности по предоставлению услуг в социальной сфере города Севастополя»
Цель - информирование НКО о видах и мерах государственной поддержки в организации предоставления общественно полезных услуг в отраслях образования, здравоохранения, культуры, молодежи и спорта, сфере общественных коммуникаций в контексте решения социальных проблем города Севастополя с привлечением представителей Департаментов образования, здравоохранения, общественных коммуникаций, Главного управления культуры, управления по делам молодежи и спорта.

Уважаемые руководители!
30 июля 2019 год с 14-00 до 17-00 по адресу ул. 4-я Бастионная,3 в конференц-зале Управления Минюста РФ по г. Севастополю согласно плана мероприятий группа проекта «Центр поддержки общественно полезных инициатив» при поддержке и участии члена Общественной палаты Российской Федерации Кирюхиной Н.А. совместно с Управлением Минюста по городу Севастополю и Департаментом труда и социальной защиты населения проводит дискуссионную площадку.
Цель проведения дискуссии - оказать практическую помощь НКО в запуске и оказанию социальных услуг с учетом проблем социальной сферы и потребностей их целевых групп. Обсуждение проблем станет стартом для НКО для работы над стартовыми проектами в контексте решения конкретных социальных проблем.
Для обсуждения и поиска путей решения как проблем, так и направлений деятельности НКО, приглашены специалисты учреждений, подведомственных Департаменту труда и социальной защиты, хорошо знакомые с данной работой и имеющие практический опыт в планировании социальной работы представители учреждений - ГБУ «Центр социальной помощи семье и детям», ГКУ «Севастопольский центр социальной и постинтернатной адаптации», ГКУ «Социальный приют для детей и подростков», ГКУ «Центр помощи детям, оставшимся без попечения родителей, «Наш дом», ГКУ «Севастопольский реабилитационный центр для детей и подростков с ограниченными возможностями», ГКУ «Севастопольский городской комплексный центр социального обслуживания».
Вся работа в социальной сфере на благо граждан города может выполняться только при тесном сотрудничестве НКО с государственными учреждениями и при поддержке отраслевых органов власти.
Вопросы для обсуждения:
- актуализация наиболее важных социальных проблем, требующих поддержки и вмешательства НКО;
- потребности целевых групп;
- формы и виды оказываемой помощи и услуг;
- перспективы для планирования деятельности НКО;
- формы взаимодействия НКО и учреждений социальной сферы.

Lorem Ipsum has been the industry's standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It is a long established fact that a reader will be distracted by the readable content of a page when looking at its layout. The point of using Lorem Ipsum is that it has a more-or-less normal distribution of letters, as opposed to using 'Content here, content here', making it look like readable English. Many desktop publishing packages and web page editors now use Lorem Ipsum as their default model text, and a search for 'lorem ipsum' will uncover many web sites still in their infancy. Various versions have evolved over the years, sometimes by accident, sometimes on purpose (injected humour and the like).
Where does it come from?
Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old. Richard McClintock, a Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage, and going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered the undoubtable source. Lorem Ipsum comes from sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 of "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32.
